Pasolivo olive oil
This oil has held its spot as my favorite oil for quite some time now. It uses 5 varieties of olives from Tuscany & is really one of the biggest & boldest oils I've tasted from any region of the world. It's green, intensely grassy, peppery, dandelion-green/kale bitter, and not slow to approach at all. Every time I taste it, I love it more & more. Joeli should be commended for going toe-to-toe with the Tuscan olive oils and unflinchingly trying to best them.
